Shipping Rates

United States

  • Free standard shipping is applied to all orders.
  • We estimate you will receive your order within 8-12 business days after departure.

Duties & Taxes

For U.S. orders, there are no duties or extra taxes. If you encounter any delivery or billing issues, please reach out to us at support@inyourday.com.

Returned & Undelivered Packages

Orders that are returned due to an invalid or insufficient address may incur an additional shipping fee for reshipment. Once an order has been confirmed as delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If an order is returned to us because of an invalid or incomplete address, or if it is unclaimed, a reshipping fee will apply as follows:

  • US: 6 USD

Returns & Exchanges

We accept regular returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order delivery date — no reason required.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or have any concerns about your package, please contact our customer service team at support@inyourday.com with your order number or email address. Our team will respond within 24 hours and guide you through the return or exchange process.

We provide a free return shipping label for a seamless experience within the U.S.

All returns and exchanges must be approved and processed by our team before sending any items back. Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment or store credit, depending on your request. Please note that any original upgraded shipping fees (such as express shipping) are non-refundable.

All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging. Items returned damaged or excessively worn may be rejected and sent back to the customer at In Your Day's discretion.

Warranty Policy

We offer a free replacement for products that arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects, within 100 days of the delivery date. Please contact support@inyourday.com with photos and your order number for assistance.

Please Note:

  • All defects like breakage or tarnishing are covered under this warranty — we will make it right with a quick, free replacement.
  • It does not cover issues resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
